Your Way Cleaning Service employees represent this company each time that they enter into a business facility, which means that at all times we must remain professional and be dedicated to our work. We require a High Standard for our employees due to the fact that our clients and customers rely on this for our job completions. Most of our customers are tenure customers with years of doing business with us.
We ask that you treat our customers and fellow employees with the upmost respect at all times and work well with others, especially Management. We require that at all times you will remain Honest, Reliable, and Dependable, simply because our customers rely on us to complete their job as scheduled with NO Delays. Our Customers respect us by allowing our services to be completed during or after hours and that all personal items remain untouched. We will not Tolerate any stealing, foul language, or disrespect. All applicants must have transportation and be available to work 1-6 days per week as needed. Our Cleaning hours mostly consist of a start time of 6 p.m.
